This was my first visit to Dr.Boccia's office with new Medicare provider so I provided new insurer information. Seemed to take unusually long time for the office staff to update their database with my information. Otherwise a 5 star experience for what I came for - a B12 Injection. Even though I had not realized I had rescheduled an appointment for another Thursday, they were still able to accommodate me and get me the shot yesterday so I did not have to make another trip to their office next week.
I have the largest amount of faith trust and confidence that Dr Boccia and his staff are so dedicated, educated and have such love that Dr Boccia and his dedicated staff are true life savers with such knowledge and experience that there is no doubt. his organization is the top medical team in his field. They his team take away the fear and replace it with true confidence. I have seen so many patients walk out with confidence on their faces that they must me tops in their field.
Great staff ...very attentive to your needs
The apt went well. I asked for lab work to be drawn since. My NP is very professional and proactive.
