Called Greg from Ralph's at 7:30 pm last night. Told him we had no heat. Called back in 3 minutes and arrived shortly after that. Made the necessary repairs and had heat in 30 minutes. Very knowledgeable and down to earth. Most reasonable heating service we have dealt with. I would highly recommend Ralph's. We will be using him going forward. Thanks Greg
