I want to start off by saying that Ralph’s is my absolute favorite, I seek it out wherever I can. But the staff working at this particular location somehow made me not want to return. With a line wrapped around the block, at 9:30pm in the middle of a heatwave, the two girls working the counter were being extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. Been here four times trying different things. Ordered a simple milk shake today the poor girl did not know what to put in it. $13 for a badddd shake. But the problem is the ice cream is horrible, incredibly sweet and cloying, tastes like a pile of sugar is dumped into it. Very pricey too, with no menu board or prices listed anywhere. There are very few good ice cream places in NYC, I'm thinking about moving to the suburbs....
They have the best vanilla chocolate soft serve twist in the world. Seriously it’s so amazing and then you can walk in the park with it!!!
