I went in to the store so tired after a long day at work, looking forward to a sweet treat, not only did I get my ice cream but the young girl working the counter Elizabeth was so sweet to me it made my day!!!! Such a nice girl, and she understood when I had to change my order! Amazing! I'm definitely going to be a regular now!
first, ralph’s is always great! this location is the best because there is a wonderful young lady named maddie who is a great worker! me and my fiance love getting served by her — she’s always got a big smile and great flavor recs!! thanks maddie!!
I’ve been coming here for almost every spring/summer!!. Each and every time the experience has been great nothing less than stellar!!. The staff is awesome and respectful. Wasn’t sure if I had written a review so here it is!. I love this place!!..That’s All!!
Avoid it if you are able to, the staff is amateur and not customer caring, they only vare about serving the next customer. The Ice cream itself is very sugary, i ordered the salted caramel pretzel sundae and it did not have any pretzel in it. Also there are no chair so you have to carry the cup with you and it drips alot because the staff does not know how to property put ice cream in it. Never again.
