Very bad treatment by Dr. Ralph Riviello. After waiting more than three hours without he coming to check on my three-year-old daughter we went out to ask the nurse if it took much longer and in front of us, perhaps because he knew that we don't speak English, that doctor said, "if they want to leave, let them leave" Terrible attention and behavior in addition to a lack of empathy.
Unpleasant, lack of empathy, lack of professionalism, we spent hours waiting and after complaining to the nurse in charge, this doctor, without any consideration for a sick three-year-old girl, said with a contemptuous gesture. “If they want to leave, let them leave” As parents, the worst experience we have ever had. Behavior like that is unacceptable in pediatric care.
