Dr. Page has treated my Mother for close to 40 years. She is 96 years old and she and i are very pleased at how he cares for her and her needs. The office receptionest needs a job that does NOT deal with people. This morning she was rude and dismissive. Worst part of going for an appointment is dealing with her.
Where do I begin. I have had 3 appointments with this office and each one was a disaster. The first 2 times, I was seen 3-4 hours after my appointment time. The last time I was there maybe a month or so ago, I waited 2 hrs. to see the triage nurse, then was put back in the waiting room and waited another hour before I was called back to see the doctor. Long waits but great Dr. And takes time to listen
Be ready to sit and wait 3hrs or more for each visit. Smh make sure you don't have anything important planned as wait times are ridiculous every visit. I come in at 11:30 and don't get to leave until 3:00 or 3:30 every time. It's always loud AF in the waiting room with everyone talking to each other and on phones as loud as can be. I've been going to Dr. Page for 35 years, and not only do I only consider him my Dr, I consider him a friend as well. He's a very compassionate man with a heart of gold, and took 2 hours of his own time to try and help me deal with express scripts, which is the most incompetent cooperation in the United States!
