Grand Island Exp: Arrived the evening before my 0730am appt. They have overnight parking. Receiving/Shipping is btwn door 23 and 24. Fill out the form. Kimberley was exceptionally nice and helpful. Given a door immediately and loaded by Jimmy - awesome guy. Totally unexpected - what a great place.

This place sets the standard of excellence. Nice people, quick loading, clean facilities. They loaded me a day early. It took 17 minutes in dock. These people take pride in their excellence, and it shows. Thank You RMI for such a positive experience. You rock!
Amazing, arrived 3 hours earlier then scheduled pick up time, in and out 28 in total Scale on side 12$ Everybody polite and friendly. Amazing place
Broker sent us for a pickup that was scheduled for the previous day. In 1005 out 1035. Wear a vest, fill out the pickup paperwork, receive the packing slip at the shipping window, take the paperwork inside the dock, give it to the forklift driver and wait for the green light in your truck. Scale on site $12 credit at the scale or cash inside the shipping/receiving. Everyone is super nice! 10/5 stars if I could. Wish every place was like this.
