Took my 94 yr old mother for follow up after hospital stay for catheter removal & check for UTI. Nurse was short evidently having a bad day! She removed catheter, never removed bandages/ tape, then left. Dr Cox comes in with 0 personality, asked if the catheter has been removed. Mom & I explained yes. Never, ever do they, and I mean never! answer the phones, EVER..
Dr Cox has been super helpful to me with some of my problems. I have fewer problems anymore thanks to his knowledgeable treatment.
