I read the other one-star review, and I concur that Dr. Ralph Jones is not worth your time or money. This, so called therapist, has (serious) character problems. Therefore, read my complaint with the Department of Regulatory Agency. The complaint doesn’t involve money. It involves his poor judge of character, unprofessionalism, and his unapologetic disrespect. However, his main characteristic is DECEPTION.

I have being seeing Dr.Jones for 3 years now and he saved my life. I see him on a constant bases and he’s extremely reliable and available even when I have breakdowns outside my appointment. I absolutely love him!

Met with Dr. Jones for personal therapy. Some actions he suggested were a little radical that I didn't follow, but sessions were helpful. I asked him to meet with my 14-year old because I was having a hard time finding a therapist for her. He first said, I'm certain we can work out a mutual schedule, let's get something set up but you have an outstanding balance. Once I completed the research of the balance, I discovered that my insurance covered all of the sessions at a contracted rate, and I was actually due a refund. I sh... read more
