They were fantastic. For 40 years they were the go to place. Now sadly they hide behind their voice mail system and any attempts to actually make contact with a human is extremely doubtful. My wife and I spent 5 hours today trying to give them the latest insurance information. Their message to us was unless we give them the latest insurance information they would not see her.
