I have rented many cars and trucks from Samantha. She is always very friendly and responsive. The process has always been easy, quick and clean. Unfortunately during Hurricane Helene one of my rentals got a scratch from a fallen tree branch and she took care of everything through my insurance. I wish I was welcomed to this location with the same energy that I was given from Stan who I assume runs the general Ralph Hayes Toyota lot, not the pre-owned one. I felt like I was not taken seriously the entire time I was there, wasn’t even asked how I was doing. I guarantee you if I had my 58 year old dad with me it would’ve gone very differently!
