I’m an old runner who haven’t run in 40+ years, early on, 37 years ago an initial hip replacement followed by a spiral fracture of the lower leg, Titanium plate and seven screws to follow. Most recently, seven months ago another hip replacement, other side, needless to say symmetry and ease of movement were not in my vocabulary. A session with Ralph Havens improved dramatically my walking and my primary sport paddling. Thank you, Ralph.
