The front office at this practice is awful. Getting an appt. takes 90 days. I once tried to reschedule an appt. and was told that they weren't scheduling that far out, so they'd call if they had a cancellation. Never heard from them. Last visit had some tests done and was scheduled to hear results in 90 days. I asked if they could call with the results. Never heard from them. Then they called to reschedule appt. for their convenience; I show up and wait 1.25 hr. before leaving w/o seeing doctor.
Haven't gone to office yet, but he treats my son and myself at Manatee Memorial Hospital. He is an excellent doctor, worth moving down here permanently for.
GREAT DOCTOR, HAVE SEEN MANY TIMES. THE WORST FRONT DESK EVER. YOU CAN NOT TALK TO ANYONE BUT VOICEMAIL, TO NO AVAIL. I WAS WHEELED IN FOR A PROCEDURE AT HOSPITAL, STAFF NEEDED TO CORRECT THE ORDERS, NO RESPONSE TO HOSPITAL STAFF FROM OFFICE FOR THREE HOURS. NO, FOLLOW UP WITH ME, NO APOLOGIES NO NOTHING. GREAT DOCTOR... NO OFFICE.
Dr. Gonzalez was very professional when he thoroughly explained my results from the nerve conduction test and MRI. He was very patient and answered all my questions. He immediately referred me to a Neurosurgeon.
