It seems like they have no communication within the business. I was overcharged on premium by $600+ because they wrote me 2 policies then took weeks to cancel one of them (I eventually called the carrier directly to cancel) and they never responded to email regarding that situation. About a 10% chance you’ll be able to speak to your account manager within 5 hours. Honestly just extremely slow service and very little attention to detail. I am disappointed in the fact that EVERY time I call they tell me I don't have an account with them. I have been with them for years and still no one with your office seems to realize I have been a loyal customer. Also... EVERY time I call I get put on hold or informed my agent isn't in and that they will call me back. Doesn't happen... No calls back, which puts me back to calling them and being told (again) that I don't have an account and going through the whole sorry scenario again.
