The lady that works at front desk is the rudest, harsh and unprofessional, most ignorant person I ever seen, She snaps at you and she cuts you off while You are talking. Speaks to you like she trying to belittle you each time. The dentist is nice I wanted to report her to him but I’m sure he knows. He has to have heard her before and just done nothing. I stopped going and couldn’t take it any longer I refuse to give the office my business. I only wanted to be treated friendly and with respect as I would treat others.

Just called the office and the lady who answered was extremely rude. Stay away.
My whole family has gone to Dr Randsford. He is great! And so is his staff.
Dr. Ransford, Vita, and Stephanie are the best!!! They were so good that me and my sisters all had our braces done here. I had my braces taken off about 5 years ago. I LOVE my smile! To this day, I still get complements on my smile. Thank you Dr. Ransford for your great care and your awesome work on my smile! They were such a pleasure at every appointment, I miss my monthly appointments with them. ☹
