Just had my Suzuki in for a service today. I was really impressed with the whole process. From drop off to pick up I couldn’t fault anything. The staff explained to me all work that was done on the car and what might need looking at next service. I know a lot of people can be quite critical of service dealerships but my experience was the opposite. Thank you to Frank for your great customer service
Nick was a dream. I was in a hurry and just needed a car after smashing my old one. He made everything as smooth as possible including helping me transfer a kids car seat in the pouring rain.
