Terrible. The place is reliant on AI slop, their communication is extremely weak with this dealership. They don’t even notify you when your car is ready. Twice we weren’t notified the car was ready. Then when you try and call the dealership to try find out, you can’t actually get through to an actual person. It’s just AI and then you get an endless ringing. Waiting for 6 hours to get a call or notified the car is ready, only to go in and ask if it’s ready and to be told it’s been ready for hours but no one called. Absolutely... read more

I bought a Suzuki swift from Joshua recently and would highly recommend him. He was very thorough and helpful. He was also very knowledgeable and made the whole thing a great experience.
Worst experience again, on hold for over 5 minutes again, absolutely useless...third time I have tried to use these clowns, never ever again.!!!!
