Do not get your vehicle serviced here. We had ours serviced twice... First time they didn't look at either of the issues we raised. The second time they charged us $45 to replace a battery in a remote, which we had changed ourselves one week prior. I had to speak with them and they argued they'd tested the battery (C battery in remote) and it needed it. Rubbish. Needed touch up paint for my Qashqai. Was told by one dealership I couldn’t get the paint in that colour. I would never have bought my brand new Qashqai at the time in that colour, had I known that the paint would be unavailable in the future. Then I spoke with April at Ralph D’Silva. She is awesome and very knowledgable and gave me a work around so I can get the paint elsewhere. Really happy I contacted her. Thanks April!
