Spoke to Marenos on Monday and picked up the car on Wednesday – hands down the easiest and best service I've ever experienced. I wouldn’t recommend going anywhere else
So disappointed with my service, took my new car in for its service and was greeted by friendly staff but they seemed really busy. After the service I noticed that there was greasy hand prints all along the drivers door and there was a scratch about 8cm long as if had been hit on something. At this point I was so angry, so I looked under the bonnet and found that oil had been poured around the engine and missed the filler hole. It was as if they were in a rush and didn’t use a funnel.
