I had a very disappointing experience with Ralph D’Silva Mitsubishi service centre. The whole quotation and service approval process felt very careless and unprofessional. I originally booked my Mitsubishi ASX for a regular 100,000 km service, but after I arrived, I was advised to proceed with the 120,000 km/96-month major service instead. Excellent customer seevice. It was a pleasure daaling with Josh. Josh was patient proactive and made our on the road experience very smooth. Will definitely reccomend to deal with this agency and will definitely reccommend Josh as your man. Thank You from Kandukuri family

No problem with the sales department, but the service center is a total disappointment. Took no responsibility for the damage done to my vehicle when they serviced it. Pretty unfortunate.

We turned up for a service appointment and they said we weren't booked in, even though we were. Staff puffing vapes outside the public entrance did not look either. I called the manager Tom and got the run around, very very unhelpful. Avoid.
