No problem with the sales department, but the service center is a total disappointment. Took no responsibility for the damage done to my vehicle when they serviced it. Pretty unfortunate. Update 7 July. Contacted as requested and followed up a few times over the last month or so... no change to the outcome yet.

Called for a service and an understanding of time frame to complete. Was given 3 hours then half day and by the end another person told me they would need the vehicle left with them all day. Sounds like they either don't know how long a service would take and are happy to waste my entire day having the car sit around because they have such a poor scheduling program. They don't seem to have any care or value for others time.

I had a very disappointing experience with Ralph D’Silva Mitsubishi service centre. The whole quotation and service approval process felt very careless and unprofessional. I originally booked my Mitsubishi ASX for a regular 100,000 km service, but after I arrived, I was advised to proceed with the 120,000 km/96-month major service instead.
