Frustrating lack of customer service at this place. Put the car in for a service, never got a call/msg/email so at the end of the day tried calling twice, rang out both times. Ended up going in, stood in reception for over 5 minutes while staff walked in and out, answered phones, made calls, completely ignored me. Eventually someone spoke to me, didn't seem to care that nobody had let us know what was up with our car. They apparently tried to call my number but had it wrong.
