Booked online for a service and was told a dealer had to call to confirm. No one called and when I tried calling the day before and the day no one picked up the entire day. Terrible service, will not book from again

I saw a Hyundai Kona on Carsales and spoke with Harry from the sales team to arrange a test drive. Everything was confirmed, so I drove one hour from home to the dealership. When I arrived, I was told the car had already been sold. No one contacted me beforehand to let me know. What made it worse was that they then tried to offer me another car that was around $5,000 more expensive. I don't recommend this dealership.
