Very poor after sales. If you have any issues/concerns with your car, good luck in getting a response.
I’m extremely disappointed with the after-sales service and the way this issue has been handled over an extended period of time. When I purchased my car around under two years ago, a paint defect was identified. The dealership chose to rectify this by carrying out a cut and polish. While the paint defect itself was addressed, the cut and polish was performed poorly and left white polish residue embedded in the exterior trims/moulds due to lack of proper masking.
