Overpriced and ineffective. Ralph was recommended to me by my restoration company. Ralph seemed very pleasant and knowledgeable. I hired him to fix my leaky tub, even though he would not give me an estimate up front on the phone. He spent less than 30-45 minutes tightening up the faucet and shower head, lectured me about splashing in the tub, and to my great surprise charged me over $500. Later that night, the leak recurred. Ralph installed a new boiler for me in 2020. His price was reasonable & recently he serviced the appliance. He is approachable & friendly. As a single mother & no knowledge of the appliance I feel safe & comfortable with his work. He gets two thumbs up from me!
They replaced a sump pump last week, just in time before a major storm. They came out and finished the work in one visit, and replaced the valve as well. The pump did its job, saving us damage to our furnace and laundry. Professional and civil, they worked with confidence during the entire visit, and also showed me how to replace a whole-house water filter cartridge. Reasonably priced too. Highly recommended.
Ralph came over to fix our plumbing issues. He did an excellent job, he was on time, very professional.
