So, I have been a patient of Dr. Caselnova since he first started his practice almost 30 years ago. He is an excellent doctor who cared deeply about his patients. However, since he left his shared practice to open his own practice time with a few different partners over a year ago trying to get appointments within a reasonable period of time does not happen. Best Doctor in the world!! Saved me 11 times. Not joking. Been with him since 2010. I recently moved out of West Babylon to Myrtle Beach and I fly back every other month for an appointment. I wouldn’t trust anyone else but Dr Caselnova or his constituents. Thanks to him, I’m still alive after 11 heart attacks (quintuple by-pass which was done by another great Doctor - Chris La Mandola which I’m also grateful that Dr Caselnova referred me to.
