Ralph owns the Ebenezer Stop and Shop strip plaza on Union Rd & South Ave in West Seneca. Last year, my front end of my vehicle was torn off due to the poor condition of his parking lot. I consulted with Mr. Vario last year for my divorce. He was recommended by my real state attorney. I considered hiring him after he impressed me with his many years in practice and how well connected he is. Yet I had questions and was scared about the process having 2 small babies. On first consult, he made numerous arguments of terms he would get changed on my settlement in my favor and claimed a retainer fee is all it would take to reach a settlement.
