i went there last week for my child's check up, and had the rudest receiptoinst ever! She was unbelievable, never going back, got another orthodontist, I don't care if it's across the island, I won't allow someone to talk to me like that. He's a good orthodontist but his workers are rude
I was a patient of Alan Faber for over 15 years and trusted him, he has a very calm,covincing demeanor and really puts you at ease. BUT I have spent thousands in the past 2 years trying to have corrected the inferior work Dr. Faber performed. He's the only dentist I know who works without an assistant in the room with him, has bragged to another patient about not attending continuing education seminars and his equipment is totally antiquated. What a wonderful experience for my 5 year old! He can't wait to go back to the Dentist. Dr. Hall comes out and introduces herself and her assistant. They took their time and made it really fun and interesting. My son is excited to brush and floss. I wish I had a dentist like Dr. Hall when I was a child! Heck, I'd go to her now if her chairs were longer!!!!
This dentist has a new office with new equipment and tv in every room. However, he is the only dentist in this office and there is no hygienist in the office. So expect the wait to be long.
A very nice man,handsom,employies where very friendly and so was he.He tries his best not to hurt the patients.
Very reliable and effecient. Highly recommend. Office is very clean. They are very good with scheduling appointments. They have many patients but I hardly ever had to wait more than twenty minutes.
We started taking our daughter to Dr. Hall at her office in Brentwood just after her 1st birthday and now two years later we still are so very happy with our decision. Dr. Hall and her entire staff have always been very friendly and welcoming and do all that they can to make every visit as pleasant and easy as possible. I took my daughter to her very first dentist appointment and Dr. Hall was the perfect choice. She came out to the waiting room to greet us and spent some time with my daughter before taking her back to the exam room. The hygienist took her time and showed my daughter everything before beginning. She even let her pickout a new toothbrush before starting with anything else.
