Ralph and Kacoos Bossier. We are from Texas and make the trip to Ruston to LA Tech for football. We have made three such trips since March. We stopped last night 11/10/23. The food was only so so. Small portions and higher prices. My stuffed potato looked like half of a lemon. 115.00 for 3 and no alcohol. Will not be back.
TOP OF THE LINE One of the best seafood restaurants, from New Orleans to North Louisiana. If seafood is not your thing you need not try this, because you have to appreciate really good true southern seafood to appreciate this! Highly recommend, great atmosphere, great food!!
Ralph & Kacoo's Ralph & Kacoo's? I have always wondered where they got that name, yet it never stopped me from eating the food. They have been around a long time. The freshness of their seafood is unbeatable.
Timeless One of the most timeless seafood restaraunts in the area. Can't beat it for the freshness even if you go to New Orleans. Now there is a Ralph and Kacoos in Allen, Texas...but somehow it just isn't quite the same. Attentive wait staff and wonderful food. This one is a WINNER.
To expensive I thought the food was ok. The prices were just outrageous. You would think for what you are paying for it should be alot better. I would much rather go to Red Lobster I think they taste better and prices are much better.
Delish! Better for dinner than for lunch but I've always had outstanding service and delicious seafood. The lunch menu seems to just be the fried items. The portions are way too big but that is my only other complaint. Fun for the whole family as they say.

Amazing Cajun food. Everything they have from gumbo to ettufe, seafood, everything is wonderful. And the service is remarkable. We loved it so much, we came here two days in a row! The waitress from yesterday (Felecia) not only remembered us but remembered we were on a low carb diet and put the rice on the side. If you are ever in Shreveport, you have to come here. And say hi to “Jumbeaux”.
