Dr. Ralph Abi Hachem and his team at Duke have been absolutely incredible. Having transsphenoidal pituitary surgery is not something you ever expect to go through. Dr Abi and his colleague gave me far and away the best care I’ve ever experienced in my life (a PRODUCTIVE 90 minute appointment - that’s unheard of). I was worried going in because of earlier reviews I saw but they were so far off. If you have complex nasal issues like me (deviated septum, enlarged turbinates, nasal value collapse, and chronic sinusitis) go to Duke to see Dr Abi. The only regret you’ll have is not going to him years ago. One of if not the best ENT in North Carolina.
