I'm trying to find a physician because my insurance says I have to, I belong to the VA and have a physician there, so I called Dr Schmitz office, the receptionist was rude and told me that I need a referral from the va, however the VA does not give referrals, they believe you should have a doctor for both if you have another insurance besides them, I told the receptionist about this and she rudely told me then get a referral from the insurance who told me to find a physician.
