I found Dr. Massey to be professional, personable and organized. He was not at all rushed and answered all my questions. He seems extremely skilled judging from my surgical incision, which looks very neat and healthy, showing no pink or redness the day afterwards. Also the procedure was quick and pain-free! Office staff was courteous and efficient. Dr. Massey has impressive credentials and a lot of experience; I'll definitely be returning to him for more procedures.
Dr. Massey is very personable, runs a friendly and efficient office and his work is excellent. I have had 2 Moh's surgeries from him and both turned out to have extremely little to no scarring and these were on my forehead.
He had poor bedside manner and was rude. I felt like he didn’t really listen to my concerns and made me feel like I was just a number instead of a person. I decided to not go with him. He also does reconstruction the day after surgery which I didn’t like nor his plan.

Dr. Massey has a great bedside manner and is an excellent surgeon. He has an impressive background and I am told is THE go-to doctor in southern California for MOHS surgery. I was diagnosed with skin cancer on my lower lip. When I heard “cancer”and that it can spread quickly on the lip, I admit I decided to forego getting additional opinions. Besides, all my doctors told me he was THE guy. HA! He is extremely arrogant, doesn’t give good explanation of what he’s doing and why, and when my stitches started coming apart 2 days after reconstruction surgery, no one in the office seemed to care. Bottom line: I’m permanently disfigured. STAY AWAY. Better docs at UCLA
The best doctor I have been too!!!! I highly recommend him to anyone.
