We ordered a part from this company for our autoclave. We placed the order on 6/3/2016. No one told us how long it would take to ship. A week later we hadn't heard anything and the autoclave completely broke down. We were forced to buy a brand new machine that day. Ralph Hiller Co still had not charged us or updated us in any way about the part we ordered. We figured the order was lost.
