Rude employees... T_T These employees are so rude! I waited for 10 minutes at the window after they had give me my food, and they never once came to ask me if something was wrong. You would think with no one behind me and seeing me sitting there, they would ask. I made eye contact several times with them and they just ignored. Finally I blared my horn and they came. They food was good, but their employees aren't focused on their job.
My not so good experience with Rallys Now used to you could go to Rallys and get a great tasing, warm hamburger, but i feel that it has gone down hill the last few years, we were in there 2 days ago, the service was fast but the hamburgers were cold in the middle adn the fries were not so hot either, adn believe me the only reason i go to rallys is for the fries but the last few times i have been in there they have been very lukewarm.
