Every time for the past week I have gone to the 40th Street location, it has been closed. I won't waste my time any more. Update: apparently this store is having staffing issues that is affecting its hours of operation. Update #2: stopped by location at 1:40pm on Saturday March 1. Sign in walk up window says Closed. Update #3, March 31: It's been over a month since it closed. The Google posting says it's "temporarily closed," but it appears likely that it's permanently closed.

There were 10 other people waiting outside on the drive-through, but there was no science saying we are not open. I love rally’s and so does my family! It’s very disappointing to drive up to the drive-thru only to read that it’s closed. I've made four attempts in the last two weeks and it’s always been closed. I hope they’re not shutting down permanently. I would hate to see them go.
Waited at the drive thru for ten minutes until I physically got out of the car and walked to the front entrance. There was a hand written note on the window that it was closed. All while all lights were on inside. They should have a sign on the drive thru menu as well so people aren’t wasting their time as we did. We were looking forward to eating here but wasn’t meant to be. Five cars got there and left while we were there. Who knows how long it was closed for and how much business they lost and are losing.
