The gentleman running the drive through gave us amazing customer service. We were there Sunday July 21 about 11pm. I know he was working until 5am . He was pleasant from the start of our order until we left. Please tell him keep up the good work.
Monday July 21st, 2025 @6:45pm. Been craving ralleys for YEARS. They got rid of them where I lived. Recently moved to toledo ohio and was very excited to to see they had a ralleys. Made a pickup order, sat in the "pickup" line for 10 mins with no one acknowledging me, decided to go to the drive through side just to me told I had to go.to the pick up line after I just sat 10 mins with no one coming to the window. I ordered a number 3 with bacon and it was terrible the cashier who took me order got smart with me had a very bad attitude
