The lady working drive thru at the Monroe location last night did not like her job, she wasn't very friendly while taking the order or cashing us out, the fries were cold and I got the BBQ mother cruncher my chicken was rock hard and dry and there wasn't much BBQ sauce on it, ordered 2 combos both equally disgusting, won't be ordering from this location anymore
Food has always been hot and good
