Walked in waited about five minutes, one employee looked at me from the kitchen never said anything, so I waited another few minutes and walked out… What a joke!!!
I always enjoy coming to lunch at this Rallys! Great people work here.
Food was Hot, Staff were excellent, and I got to enjoy some good music while i had my lunch. The only thing that would have made it better would be some ice cream for dessert.
Everyone is entitled to a bad day, but when you order from the app and it says it will be done in 5 mins and 25 mins later you finally get your order and it is wrong it’s not a great first impression to this restaurant. By the time we got our order it was wrong and cold. I didn’t want to wait another 20+ mins for either a refund or new food so we just dealt either it.
