The manager and servers did not know what was on the menu and failed to read my order back. The menu displayed products no longer available and the servers became defensive when the error was pointed out. During my meal I also had to listen to servers and managers repeatedly shouting profanity across the store while behind the counter. Very unprofessional.
Made a mobile order and when I went to pick it up in the drive thru, I was asked to come in so their drive thru times would be lower. They gave me my bag of food after waiting a bit. When I got home I realized half of my food wasn’t there.
Ill give yall one thing, training a newbie tonight or god i hope he was new, i sat outside an waited a good 25 30 min for our food, that food (spicy chicken sandwich) done got me hovering over my toilet puking my guts out... thanks guys... smh do better Edit: tried reaching out on yalls website it wont let me put the complaint through so u can contact me
