Today I will serve raw meat in a raw attitude complaining about it never in my lifetime has a fast food restaurant gave me raw food Burger not even cook well through burger just pink blood just flowing through it. Burger was so raw they didn't even want to take it back so I have nice pictures now sad as you can't come to a drive-thru and get a good burger no you really have to check your meat just to make sure it's done crazy
Will not return to this location ever in life…if you want the best service go to the Brookpark location 6201 brookpark road no excuses & open until 5am
Food was good and service was good it was literally 1 employee there doing it all by herself and she delivered!
Overall chain and brand continues to decline regionally. However a classic to still be enjoyed occasionally if your willing to suffer thru poor service and wait times for fast food. Updated review drops from 3 star to 2 star as I have been to multiple with slow unresponsive employee service. Update 11/27/25: still sucks lowered to 1 star
