11:30 a.m. on a Sunday January 11th only person working at the rallies cannot fathom how to ring up three large fries long story short drive-thru attendant ended up shutting the window telling me to have a nice day without taking payment or giving me my order. He did not want to be there today and you can certainly tell this man and not want to be there. I will not be going to this location again just because of the incident today.
STOP USING ROBOTS TO TAKE ORDERS!!!! Messed up my order and left out half of it. Had to ask for multiple items in my order because the robot didn’t add it! The robot was slow and unhelpful. Would not recommend drive through to anyone!!!! STOP PUTTING ROBOTS IN HUMAN JOBS!!! LEARN TO DO YOUR JOB AND DO IT RIGHT!! Thank you.
