Waited at drive thru for minutes and nobody helped us then after 4 minutes at drive thru door someone came.i decided not to eat after that.
They close at 1:00 am now; not 2:00 am. I had a mobile order on the Rally’s website placed at 1:00 am, but when I got there they said they had closed out their mobile orders and weren’t making more. Now I get to call customer service for a refund in the morning. It’s hard finding places to get food on break when you work night shift. I don’t have time to go anywhere else.
