Was told we had to go to the drive thru but we wanted to sit down and eat. So we waiting in the drive thru for 25 minutes. Our food wasn’t even fresh at all. Rally’s really is going down hill.
Ordered pickup and they had it ready quickly!
too slow for a drive thru but food was excellent
We had to wait for our chicken sandwiches to be cooked. It seemed like it took a long time, but the sandwiches were hot, fresh and delicious.
