This is the worst store when it comes to customer service!!!! We ordered online because it's supposed to be faster... well it isn't at this store. We showed up cause it said my order was done. There was NOBODY in the regular order line but 4 dashers in the online/dasher line side. So we went to the empty regular side because I was already informed my order was done and I'm not a dasher.. it was my own order. When we pulled up the speaker asked for my name and to pull up. Usually a long wait even when they aren't busy. Food is ok. Staff is usually not very friendly and not in a great neighborhood.

This Rally's is by for the worst one I have ever been to. Every time that I go there the workers act like they have a stick shoved up their bottom. I have gone to plenty of rallys and I never had seen such rude workers. People choose to go to Rally's for the quality of the food and be treated well by the employees. My fries are cold my buns were stale, the flatbread sandwich was not made correctly.
