I worked in the food service industry for years, so I give a lot of grace to restaurant workers, especially when they work at a busy location, but I left here today feeling really irritated. There were only 2 cars in front of us. When we got to the window, the lady said we needed to pull around to the other lane to wait for fresh chicken fingers. They make you wait over 25 minutes or more just to get your food. VERY RUDE I MEAN JUST IGNORANT. The manager made me go back to the other line after I had already been sitting in the food pick up line 20 minutes. They serve off the orders to make it look like they have a fast time. But come to the window and ask what you order. The smart responses is insane. No hospitality what so ever. Its sad to see a whole shift of disturbed staff. Maybe find another job idk. Fries are nice and crunchy as always, but I wanted to comment that the sandwhich I ordered was also a 5/5. A nice improvement over my last experience(different location) Staff was friendly and helpful.
