My husband and I came here after visiting one of the museums. We are not from Ohio and had never been to a Rally's ever. Didn't even know they existed. We wanted to get something easy. So we pulled in. The parking lot is not difficult but people dont seem to really understand it and we had a few people almost back into us while we were in line (by the ordering speaker). Manager is nice but he can't control his employees. They rarely make ice cream after he leaves. Now, several years later, the ice cream is eliminated BUT they take a long time to make orders.
