Just ordered tonight jan 18th and we received very cold food soggy fries and not only that our burgers were both incorrect both hamburgers were supposed to come with two patties and one with a pretzel bun well what we got was just reused food with single patties and incroect ingredients. This was very disappointing. These companies need to be more caring and carful resuing old nasty food
STILL The worst Rallys of all time. Everything is bad. The location is bad. The AI order taking is bad. The customer service is bad. The food is bad. I went to a Checkers in Sarasota and it blew my mind. Throw this whole location away.
Last night me and my family went through the drive-through and got their meal deal for $5.12 first off. They gave us a DoorDash order so we had to go back to get the correct order after calling and them saying that they would be happy to remake it when we arrived. They only made the sandwiches and didn’t replace the fries which was BS because all the sandwiches were wrong.
