I never received the food and when I canceled it I was charged for cancellation and the person bringing the food so be careful when ordering from them.
This is by far the worst Rally’s I’ve ever dealt with. I placed an order through DoorDash and never got my food. Every time the dasher went to pick it up, they claimed it was already handed out – which is a lie because I never received anything. When I tried to call the store, nobody answered. It honestly feels like they stole my money. Completely unprofessional, unreliable, and the worst customer service ever. Avoid this location at all costs.
