Workers were friendly and the food was great
Some Rallys have good customer service and some don't.
They handed me the wrong order out of the drive through window twice and took about 25 minutes to do soo. I finally got my refund and they closed the window on me before I could even give them the next persons order back. One of the employees also ran a dolly into my car while waiting in the drive through line.
