My new favorite spot in town, everything felt just right from start to finish.
Waited 15 minutes for someone to take my order while only one car was ahead of me.
The customer service was good.But that was it. All i ordered was a burger from this rallys on 12th street LR. I was disappointed on my last visit but was willing to try again..This time was worst that the last visit. I ordered a Glorilla burger. It didn't have any lettuce onion, tomato and the bread wasn't a sourdough bread. It was Garlic toast with 2 pieces of meat with a spot of BBQ sauce and a piece of cheese. No mustard or mayo. Worst sandwich ever. Won't be going back there ever again.
8/4/25 I orded my food ,ate nothing but rallys today when received, there was missing food, employees has light irritation. After eaten Diarrhea 30 minutes after at 3pm . 2:30 am following morning. I was nauseous, throwing up .Sweating , cold chills. Headache, stomach ache. 1:30 pm everything hurts! Call corporate. they question where my pain came from like I don't know my own body and what I had eaten.
