This is not my first time where I am told I’ll have to do a refund through the app because you all fail to put on the app that you’re out of an item. Now I have to sit here and wait for something else to be made. Your manager didn’t even ask what I would like to replace the burger and chicken sandwich I had ordered, just pull around to the front door… this is a problem and it needs to be fixed
They have one of the worst apps only slightly better than Tractor Supply. I was sitting in their parking lot placing an order and it told me that that was the closest location to me. I had lots of issues placing the order and kept having to reenter my debit card information over and over and over because it kept telling me I needed to use a different card.
