Food was good service was slow
Bait and switch. Rally’s app offers any burger BOGO, get there and no app functionality with restaurant. No satisfaction either upon inquiring in person. Also AI agent takes orders. Weird.
Normally we like this place. However today the lobby area was closed and they were drive-thru only, ok fine. We get into the drive-thru and its an automated ai. all we wanted to get was a small fri and 2 of the $5 boxes. yet the ai chose to say it was making our order halfway thru. then at one point it just stopped stalking and when i said hello it said we dont have that item. im sorry for the worker being confused, but is it really so hard to have an actual person take orders? I had a really disappointing experience here. I placed an order totaling about $36, which is not a small order, and when I got home I realized I was missing TWO BLTs and a cheeseburger. That’s a pretty significant portion of the order to just forget. What made it worse was the way it was handled when I called. Instead of a straightforward apology and quick resolution, there was arguing in the background about whether the items were even missed.
