We haven't had Rally's in quite a while and decided to hit the drive through because we knew it would be quick. We ended up waiting for over 10 minutes for our food. By the time we got home we dug into the bag and sure enough my Burger was missing. Typically we would have checked there at the restaurant but we had waited so long our 9 month old was screaming at us. Placed an expensive online order for my family for dinner and once my boyfriend arrived to pick up our order he was told they weren't accepting orders. They told him they didn't have the things to make our food, to drive off and call the 1800# the following day to receive our refund. We called, got a case number and was told they would look into it and refund us but this was well over a month ago and we still haven't received our refund.
