I stopped by Rally’s right before closing, and honestly expected a rushed experience—but it ended up being the exact opposite. D went above and beyond with their customer service. They were friendly, patient, and made me feel genuinely welcome, even at the end of a long shift. You could tell they cared about doing a great job—my order was accurate, fresh, and handled with attention to detail.
