Terrible service
Regretted purchasing food here. For one of the orders in my meal the cashier mistakenly ordered the combo when I specifically told her just the sandwich, when I asked for her to fix it she said she can't because there was no manager available. I didnt want a large combo but was forced to get it anyway because no manager was available. I also ordered it completely plain, only meat and bun, no cheese or sauce for my picky autistic son, and it came with sauce and cheese. Yuck, that's all I can really say this was my first time trying this, and it will definitely be my last. I always rate service as five star.Because I don't blame employees, because their employers have crappy food. People work hard and they deserve credit for that.But the food is not good.
I ordered the #4 Burger Combo for $9.99 (that's the price up on the board) I paid then looked at my receipt, it showed $10.99 I asked the cashier about the difference & she said: "Oh, our register "automatically" charges a Large. Then I thought about it... she never asked me what size I wanted & I assumed I was getting the "regular" size. The burger was luke warm & dry, really disappointing.
